Cold Brew Iced Vanilla Latte

Serving: 6

Begin the cold brew coffee concentrate the day before.


  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee beans
  • 1 litre room temperature water

Vanilla syrup

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 vanilla bean, split

Per Serve

  • ½ cup cold brew coffee
  • ½-3/4 cup a2 Milk™ Blue
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla syrup – or to your taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes


The day before place ground coffee and water in a jug stir, cover and set aside for 6 -12 hours. Place in the fridge if you prefer. Strain the mixture through a coffee filter or double layer of kitchen towel placed inside a sieve. Store coffee concentrate in the fridge and use as desired. Make the vanilla syrup. Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan,add the vanilla bean and heat till simmering. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Cool and pour into a screw top jar. Store in the fridge.Vanilla flavour will continue to intensify.To assemble Iced Vanilla latte, place ice in a tall glass, add ½ cup coffee concentrate, vanilla syrup and top up with ice cold A2 milk.

Tip: Coffee concentrate will keep in the fridge for a week and vanilla syrup indefinitely if you remove the
vanilla bean.
