- a2 Milk™ Blue
- 2 Tbsp
- corn flour
- 3 Tbsp
- sugar
- 4
- egg yolks
- 1 tsp
- vanilla essence
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Using a whisk, mix until smooth and corn flour is completely dispersed.
- Transfer mixture to a saucepan and heat gently, stirring continuously until thickened, do not boil.When warm the custard remains a pouring consistency but will set completely on cooling.
- Serve with puddings, cake or seasonal fruits.
